Equal chance was founded on the belief that all folks in society should have an equal chance and equal access to opportunities, services & resources. Our goal is to promote the social, economic, cultural and political well-being of the black community across Canada through the development of programs, projects, activities and policies.
Equal Chance works on a variety of issues which include but are not limited to food security, employment, mental health, human rights, justice, health, childcare, financial literacy and International affairs.
